We scope it, give you an hours estimate and a timeline, and you approve both before we start. We do not go past the estimate without asking you first.

Blinc will be our go to team going forward for all assistance on Shopify.  They were efficient.  Checked in often during the process.  Provided very easy-to-follow guidance and instructions. They responded immediately after my request for help.  I was having issues with my store because my product pages werent linking to the correct product and I also needed a new promo code.  They fixed the issue and also showed me what I was doing wrong and how I could fix it moving forward.  They were extremely helpful!
