LD Keyfinder sells luxury keychains on Shopify. Our strongest A/B test rebuilt the first screen of their product page: revenue per visitor up 25.8% and mobile conversion up 14.6% in June 2026. Clarity heatmaps showed attention clustered on the product photos, so the trust signals went right there. Basic Maintenance: volume discounts without Plus
Basic Maintenance, a Toronto skin and hair care brand, wanted multi-pack and add-on offers without Shopify Plus. We built them on their standard plan: two at 20% off or three with one free on single products, and an extra 15% or 20% off add-ons on two-step systems. Smack Pet Food: retail and wholesale on one store
Smack sells premium pet food both to shoppers and to the stores that stock it, across Canada and the US. We gave their wholesale buyers a login where each account sees its own pricing and reorders in a few clicks on their usual terms, without a pile of add-on apps holding it together. Jenna Rae Cakes: the Shopify build behind weekly sellouts
Jenna Rae Cakes sells out most weeks, so the store cannot wobble when stock drops. We run their Shopify build: complex made-to-order product options, pickup scheduling and shipping in one cart, order tagging automation, plus ongoing SEO and conversion work. Ultracuts: getting a national salon chain found locally
Ultracuts has salons across Canada, so we made sure that when someone nearby searches for a cut, the closest location shows up first, with its Google reviews right there. We rebuilt the main site, and searches finding them grew about 20x. Trafalgar: a rebuild where shoppers find the right piece fast
We rebuilt Trafalgar, the luxury men's accessories brand, on Shopify Plus. Now the search understands what shoppers mean, so someone after a brown leather belt finds it in seconds instead of scrolling past and leaving.
